"Room was excelllent would have liked to have known there were No elevators. One of our rooms was in the third floor and the other on a second floor. Would have liked our rooms together. Wasn't aware I had to specify that many details. Known for next time because I will stay again. But will remember to request first floor and close together next time. It was a hassle with all our luggage and items for a week stay. Also a 10:00 checkout at a resort is early especially when you are staying more than a couple of days. "

"I have stayed here before and returned due to the good experience I previously had. This stay was not the same. Multiple emails and messages from property in the week prior to my arrival requesting money even though the reservation was paid through by Expedia. No answer from property when I called/sent messages through Expedia to clarify this. Check in was fast. Finding the building numbers at night was challenging, we ran into multiple people wandering around outside like us looking for particular buildings. Once inside our room we noticed the floors were dirty, there was what appeared to be dried blood on the kitchen floor, hair in the bathroom. We had planned on using the pullout sofa which had 2 pillows, 1 pillow case and no other linen. It took multiple attempts calling and being on hold to get linen. Our balcony had a tree blocking any view there may have been. The grounds and exterior of the property was very clean and beautiful but very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. "

"My children enjoyed the stay however Check in was was horrific. Expedia didn’t ADVISE ME of the extra fees I would be paying. I had to pay an extra $133 at check in and every time I tried to reach out to Expedia- the chat would end and they didn’t really have a resolution for me. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm; when I arrived my room wasn’t ready until about 5:15. So technically I didn’t get the full time for reservation that I paid. They ended up giving me a free breakfast voucher but couldn’t use it by the time we got there it was closed Then I got the voucher for lunch. I ordered my food at 11:50am- there was no one in site. But the people who came after me got their food. We got our food by 1:00pm. Although the employees were nice, I had my children waiting and it was so unfair to see people come after me get their food with bigger orders than ours. I wasn’t to fond of the check in process bc we got there after check in time and the rooms weren’t ready. I was overcharged and not advised during my booking. It’s just a bunch of nonsense that never gets resolved And the rooms are old, furniture isn’t up to date, doors make to much noise. The water in the sink wouldn’t go down, the tub was kind of rusted. And the chicken wings were so salty and the pizza was cold even after waiting for an hour"
