This two-bedroom vacation rental is just a short stroll from the San Lorenzo River and the Santa Cruz Riverwalk. Enjoy the seaside Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk for rides, arcade games, Mini-Golf, Lazer Tag, and carnival-style treats, less than a mile away. When you arrive, park in one of the two gated parking spots. The Space: \- Comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults \- 2 bedrooms \- 2 bathrooms \- There are two reserved covered, gated parking spots There is a gate on either side of the apartment complex. \- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker \- Living room - cozy sofa, two armchairs, a large TV with a Roku, a warming gas fireplace, and sliding door access to the furnished balcony \- Furnished balcony for meals or morning coffee. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and is a pleasant walk to the boardwalk and coffee shops (The Buttery was delicious). I made a mistake when booking and the hosts were so understanding and communicated effectively with me the whole time. I would definitely stay here again! ##### molly a. No A/C, but turns out it wasn’t needed due to cool ocean air. We could walk to the beach and boardwalk easy enough, even though there was a lot of construction in the area. We stayed in to cook some of the time, and everything needed was there. My only complaint is I would have preferred to communicate via text instead of email. Otherwise it was a great place and we would go back! ##### Annette V.
