Leaving the gated neighborhood it is just a short golf cart ride down to the beach club on the white sand of Playa Avellanas and Playa Mansita by the JW Marriott  
  
CASA CHIVA DESIGN DESIGN  
Large overhanging eaves for cooling in a traditional Guanacaste style allow you to enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces at all times of the day. This private oasis is centered around the pool and beautifully landscaped gardens . The outdoor living areas are our favorite aspects of this home. Hammocks, entertaining bar and large outdoor dining!  
  
Casa Chiva is 280m2 with 3 bedrooms  
  
Principal bedroom 1 king bed and private bathroom ensuite - Accessed both internally and externally from the main house . This room sleeps 2 guests. A/C  
  
2nd bedroom 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, private bathroom - Accessed from the outdoor terrace. This rooms sleeps 3 guests A/C  
  
3rd bedroom 1 King bed and private bathroom - Accessed from the outdoor terrace . This rooms sleeps 2 guests A/C  
  
HACIENDA PINILLA BEACH CLUB The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club sits right on the shores of Playa Avellanas, With an infinity-edge pool looking over the famous surf break of Little Hawaii. The Beach Club has something for everyone whether it's cocktails and or fruit smoothies from the poolside Tiki Bar, kicking back in the poolside sunbeds, surfing one of the world-class breaks of Playa Avellanas, working out in ocean view fitness center or relaxing with a massage in the wellness center, its the ultimate beach day!  
As our guest, entry into the beach club is $10 per person which is then used as credit at the beach club bar and restaurant (only paid once per day and for ages 12+)  
  
Please note that The Beach Club is closed for yearly maintenance during the month of October.  
  
\*\*\* Please note that we want all of our guests to enjoy their stay at Casa Chiva. This home is located in a private, gated community with mainly full-time residents and families. There is a VERY STRICT no-noise policy outside between 10p-6a. This is not the house to host a party or event. This home is great for groups of adults and families who respect the neighbors and rules of the community.
