This tastefully decorated 67m² apartment is ideally near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary options. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed where you can unwind, a wide-screen TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The space is bathed in natural sunlight, creating an inviting atmosphere, and it also offers access to a balcony with a stunning view. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. The bedroom is a cosy retreat featuring a queen bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. It is complemented by complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure your utmost comfort. The bathroom is stocked with everything you need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort. Please be advised that construction work may occur in the surrounding area, which could result in some noise disturbances. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. This property offers easy access to a variety of attractions, including the iconic Cristo Rei statue, the beautiful Praia do Garajau beach, and the scenic Miradouro do Pináculo viewpoint. Guests can also enjoy delicious meals at nearby restaurants such as La Carbonara Restaurant and Frango da Guiia 2 Garajau/Lareira Portuguesa 2\. With its great location, this property is the perfect starting point for exploring the city and all it has to offer. The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi. The Madeira International Airport is just a 10-minute drive. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
