Perfect apartment for couples or small families who want to enjoy a vacation in Madeira Island. The accommodation is inserted in a private property, has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room, with sofa bed, in open space.  
Located in Caniço, in a very quiet area, with a fantastic private garden and outdoor shower.  
This apartment is 2 minutes walk from the road, offers all the comfort and facilities needed for a pleasant stay.  
  
Accommodation with capacity to host a maximum of 4 people.  
Free parking on the street, upon availability.  
There are pets that can visit the garden, such as dogs or cats.  
The owners reside on the floor above this apartment.  
  
  
Area  
  
Apartment located in a quiet and serene area of Caniço, in Santa Cruz. It is a tourist area and where many foreigners also reside. It is very close to the beach and the most awarded and certified diving center of Madeira Island - Manta Diving Center. Just a few steps away are cafes, restaurants serving delicious local and international dishes, as well as supermarkets for all your daily needs.  
This accommodation is 10 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes away from Funchal.  
If you choose to go to the center of Funchal, take the opportunity to explore the city and look for more information about all kinds of activities you can do during your vacation: cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.  
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

\- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).  
  
  
\- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.  
\- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.  
\- Cleaning during your stay is done weekly, as well as the change of clothes, towels and consumables. If extra cleaning is required, this service will be charged separately for an affordable fee. For stays of less than seven nights, weekly cleaning will not be performed, nor will linen and towel changes and replacement of consumables.  
\- We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
