This magnificent and spacious flat in the city centre of Santa Cruz de Tenerife offers 5 bedrooms and has capacity for 8 people.The flat is very spacious, comfortable and very bright, with an area of 172 m².It is very well located 250 m from the supermarket "Superdino Ramblas", 24 m from the restaurant "Focacceria MassaMonti", 10 km from the sandy beach "Playa de Las Teresitas", 14 km from the airport "Tenerife North Airport" and is located in an ideal area for families and in the urban area.The flat has everything necessary for a pleasant stay, and is equipped with the following: lift, washing machine, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, 1 Television.The independent kitchen, gas-powered, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery and utensils/kitchen.This accommodation has a decibel monitor inside located in the room.IMPORTANT: The building's lift is currently out of service (July 2025). To date, the exact date of completion of this breakdown has not been confirmed.
