Beautiful and spacious apartment, with a strategic location in the heart of Santa Cruz, a few steps from the Ntra. Señora de África Market and the main points of interest of the capital. With an exquisite decoration, it has capacity for 5 people, three bedrooms, 1GB fibre WiFi Internet and a 50’ Smart TV. It also has a lift and all the necessary amenities. This property is perfect to live a unique experience in the capital of Tenerife.  
  
This fantastic and cosy apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is perfect for families, couples, friends and business trips, as it has 1 GB Fibre Wifi Internet, designed for teleworking. It has three comfortable bedrooms, all with ceiling fans. Two of them have two single beds and the third one has a single bed. It has a full bathroom with shower and an independent kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. It has a spacious living room, designed for rest and relaxation, with a comfortable sofa and a 50’ Smart TV. In addition, the building in which it is located has a lift for greater comfort.   
  
Located in an exceptional area, in the heart of Santa Cruz, where you can walk to the main points of interest of the capital and with a magnificent connection with buses, tram and motorway, to comfortably get to know the rest of the island. It is perfect for a dream holiday without giving up the city centre.  
  
The property has a kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee machine, iron, ceiling fan, shower sheets and towels, cot and highchair, and much more.
