Beautiful designer flat in the centre of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, recently refurbished with independent entrance at street level and an exquisite decoration where every detail has been taken care of. Modern, with one bedroom and capacity for two people. Ideal for teleworking with fibre Wifi Internet and all the necessary services around.  
  
 This flat has all the ingredients for a unique holiday.This beautiful flat is ideal for couples and business travelers, with capacity for 2 people, completely exterior with a bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room and fiber Wifi Internet.  
  
Located in the heart of the city centre, where you can walk to the main points of interest of the capital and with a great connection with buses and trams, to comfortably explore the rest of the island.  
  
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine, bed linen, shower towels, hair dryer, cot, high chair and Wifi fibre internet.  
  
The flat is on the ground floor with a separate entrance from the street.
