With an exquisite decoration, taken care of to the smallest detail and a nice inner courtyard, ideal to disconnect, it has capacity for 4 people, two bedrooms, an office, WiFi Internet Fiber to 300mb and Smart TV. This property is perfect for a unique experience in the capital of Tenerife.This magnificent apartment, with an unbeatable location, is ideal for friends, families and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 4 people. It has two bedrooms, a spacious and comfortable master bedroom with double bed, closet and en suite bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with two single beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with dining area, and open to the living room that is equipped with a 42" Smart TV and a large and comfortable sofa, all integrated in the same space. In addition, for greater comfort it offers a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, an office ideal for teleworking and a nice interior patio.Located in an exceptional area, it has restaurants, supermarkets and all the necessary services around, a few minutes walk from the main points of interest of the capital, in addition to a magnificent connection with buses and streetcar to move without using the car.The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sandwich maker, juicer, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, towels, sheets and much more.To enter the building where the apartment is located you have to climb a flight of stairs.
