Located a few minutes walk from the tourist center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has broadband internet Fibra 300mb/s, ideal for those who wish to work during their stay. It has 2 bedrooms and a nice terrace. Very well located in a city with all kinds of services, bars, terraces, shops and supermarket nearby. Cozy and bright apartment, it has a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the sun. It is ideal for families and groups of friends since it has a capacity for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen bed and the second bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and a nice terrace. It also has a work area, broadband Internet connection and a TV Chromecast. Very well located, close to the main commercial area and the main points of interest of Santa Cruz and very close to the connection with the highway. The apartment has broadband Internet (unlimited), fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, sheets and shower towels. The building has an elevator and easy access from the street without stairs. There are all kinds of services in the area: supermarket, bars, restaurants, promenade, rent a car, cinema and all kinds of shops. We like to make our guests feel at home, so we will be in contact anytime, either during the booking process, on arrival or during your stay. We will also recommend the routes and the best places to live experiences with locals, as well as some sites to visit on the island. Our customer service hours are from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm (Canary Island time). It is very close to the football stadium where you can enjoy the weekends watching Tenerife; or ideal for shopping, since it is 5 minutes walk from the 2 main shopping centers of Santa Cruz, and El Corte Inglés too. In the vicinity you can find greengrocers and small shops, and a supermarket on the ground floor of the same building. In the vicinity there are several bus stops, and next to the shopping centers is the bus station that connects with any point on the island; with a direct line that goes to Las Teresitas beach. There is also a public parking 2 minutes walk. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed Arrival between 22:00 and 23:59 is subject to 20 late arrival fee.
