With all the ingredients for a unique vacation. This fantastic apartment overlooking the city is ideal for families and business trips. With capacity for 4 people, completely exterior, an enclosed terrace and a chill out area where you can relax and have lunch while contemplating the incredible panoramic views of the city and even do sports on the treadmill. It has two bathrooms, 3 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and a large closet, another with a single bed and a desk perfect for teleworking and another with a single bed and a teepee, designed for children to have fun. With a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living-dining room with direct access to the terrace, fiber Wifi Internet, Smart TV and elevator. It has all the amenities you may need within reach and is close to the most important services such as large stores and restaurants. Located in an exclusive building with reception and security team in the most modern part of the city, in the heart of Santa Cruz, where you can move walking to the main points of interest of the capital and with a magnificent connection with buses and highway, to comfortably know the rest of the island. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, bed linen, shower towels, hairdryer, cot, high chair, Smart TV, and Wifi Internet fibre at 600mb, lift.
