Fantastic flat with a small balcony and a comfortable and functional design, located in the heart of Santa Cruz, just a few steps from La Rambla and the main points of interest of the capital, such as Plaza Weyler and C/ Castillo. Decorated with exquisite taste and attention to detail, with capacity for 4 people, two double bedrooms and Smart TV. This property has all the necessary services around and is perfect for a unique stay in the capital of Tenerife.  
  
This beautiful and cosy flat has all the comforts and is perfect for couples, friends and business trips, as it has a desk and 300mb Wifi fibre internet, designed for teleworking. With capacity for 4 people and two spacious double bedrooms that share a charming balcony. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and desk and the second one has a trundle bed, which can be opened as needed. It has a full bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen that communicates with the cosy living room, which has a 65" Smart TV and a comfortable sofa designed for relaxation.  
  
 Located in an exceptional area, in the heart of Santa Cruz, where you can walk to the main points of interest of the capital and with a magnificent connection with buses, tram and motorway, to comfortably get to know the rest of the island. It is perfect for a dream holiday without giving up the city centre.  
  
The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, portable oven, microwave, kettle, Italian coffee machine, juicer, toaster, washing machine on the roof terrace, iron, hairdryer, fan, bed linen and shower towels, and much more.Located on the third floor without lift.
