With all the necessary services around, this flat has all the ingredients for a unique holiday in Tenerife. This beautiful flat is ideal for families and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 4 people, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room, terrace, air conditioning, communal kitchen and fibre Wifi Internet.Located in an exceptional area, in the heart of Santa Cruz, where you can walk to the main points of interest of the capital and with a magnificent connection with buses and motorway, to comfortably get to know the rest of the island. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, bed linen, shower towels, hairdryer, cot, high chair and Wifi fibre internet. Construction work is currently being carried out on the adjacent building, so noise may be heard during working hours. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank our guests for their understanding.
