Elle est située dans un petit village, ou tout le mode se connait et l’accueil est chaleureux dans la meilleure des traditions siciliennes. L’endroit est idéal pour partir en exploration du Sud de la Sicile : Ragusa, Syracuse, Noto, Scicli, Modica, le château de Donnafugata, l’oasis de Vindicari.. avec le ciel bleu, le soleil, la mer, le parfum des fleures et … la cuisine sicilienne resterons dans nos mémoires pour longtemps, autant que l’envie d’y retourner pour une nouvelle ballade hors saison … Carmelo est d’une gentillesse remarquable et attentif aux moindres besoins de ses hôtes.
