It offers a private, kidney-shaped swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 70 - 150 cm) that is available seasonally from May 1st to October 31st, making it an ideal vacation rental for those seeking a relaxing holiday. An outdoor shower and a yard complete the outdoor amenities. The property also features Internet WiFi, ensuring you stay connected during your stay.

Immerse yourself in the great outdoors with the private swimming pool, offering a refreshing escape from the Mediterranean heat. On the upper level, there is another living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning, a bedroom with two single beds and a french bed, and an open kitchen equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bidet and toilet on this floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property boasts various amenities to enhance your vacation experience. You will have access to air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, satellite TV, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity is six guests, and the house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
