This home has a driveway and 1 spot in the garage available for parking. The Location: Our family purchased this home because of its incredible location! You are 5-10 miles from the incredible Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn Amphitheater, Fire Lake Reservoir, Pioneer Park, downtown St. George, and the brand new Black Desert golf course. Sand Hollow and Quail Creek are 30 min away. Not to mention, we are a great jumping-off point for trips to Southern Utah's famous National Parks including an easy, under one hour, drive to Zion National Park. You are also within walking distance of multiple restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and walking paths. You are across the street from the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center water park and the Snake Hollow bike park. The Community: The community has a heated pool and pickleball court (with lights for a late game). This place is clean, close to mountain bike trails, awesome bike park and paved trails, and has a pickle ball court and swimming pool right across the street. Easy to get to and maneuver around town. Kitchen is very well stocked. But bring saran wrap, tinfoil and spices if needed. Master bed was amazingly comfortable. The place is very new. Bunkbeds seemed OK but not as sturdy for a heavier person perhaps. Very comfortable. Great getaway!!! We will be back for sure!!!!
