Our building is fully licensed for short-term rentals and located within the Santa Barbara Coastal Zone, where stays under 30 days are allowed. Many other listings in the city fall outside this zone and are not legally permitted to offer short-term stays—so hosts might decline your booking request to avoid violations. We, on the other hand, automatically confirm your reservation the moment you book. Amazing apartment exactly as pictured and in the perfect location within walking distance to the beach or downtown Santa Barbara. The apartment is immaculate all around. We very much enjoyed the luxurious bedding, very nice! My husband was a bit concerned about not having air conditioning, however it was never an issue as there are two ceiling fans, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom and all of the windows open so it was very comfortable at all times. One other thing that was mentioned as a concern is the parking, you definitely need to have a small car (we had a Nissan Altima) and had no issue parking in the dedicated garage. It’s description is spot on. The apartment is well appointed although we did not cook in we could have very easily. Nice to enjoy the non chain restaurants in Santa Barbara. I would have preferred to park outside, but this unit has a garage of sorts, compact cars only. The king bed was comfortable. ##### Bryan B.
