From the moment we walked in I was impressed. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, the decor was perfect, the kitchen was well stocked and had a lot of amenities. The beach was few blocks away and you could walk to the Tri County Supermarket two blocks away. The building was quiet, felt safe, and was perfectly located for jumping on the freeway. This charming apartment near the beach in SB was everything my family of four needed from a rental! The kitchen was very well stocked with a great layout, an ice maker, and really cute dishes. It had all the small appliances one could want. We are all tall so the king bed for us and two twins for the kids were SO much better than sharing queen beds. The beautifully remodeled bathroom has a privacy curtain for the shower and plenty of places for towels and toiletries. The decor is cozy but never in the way. We were all impressed with the thought that went into this property! Other bonuses - designated off-street parking, crisp cotton linens, coffee and tea provided.
