Elings Park hiking, biking, dog walking trails, and a gorgeous outdoor wedding venue are nearby, making this a convenient choice for family and friends to stay. It is also a quick, easy drive to downtown and coastal beaches when the plan turns to outdoor fun and adventure. Immediately upon entering, captivating views become the focal point for shared living spaces. Step down into a spacious living room, with volume ceilings and corner windows framing the coastal landscape, the majestic Santa Ynez Mountain range, and the city's historic landmarks below. The dual-sided fireplace separates the living room from the dining area, where the circular dining table creates conversation in the round beside corner view windows.
