We had everything we neede except the groceries. The master suite was outstanding!. The other two bedrooms were nice as well. The backyard was very nice and comfortable. We know the neighborhood from previous visits and it is great, but even better with the location of this property. We walked to the beach and the park. The kitchen is fantastic and so well equipped. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from one of the most beautiful parks and beaches in Santa Barbara.The house has everything you could wish for and more. It’s extremely clean, comfortable, and managed exceptionally well. The only thing we realized we were missing was a blanket to sit on the couch and watch TV. We mentioned it upon arrival, and first thing in the morning, we received three super fluffy and cozy blankets—such a thoughtful touch!The backyard is fantastic, and the kitchen is exceptional! ##### David R. We took both of ours and couldn’t have had a better vacation. This home was extremely comfortable and located in a charming neighborhood. Great location- we were able to walk to the pier and all around the Funk Zone. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking a joy. Place had everything we needed. I have a two year old granddaughter and the house was safe and accessible for a toddler- great backyard to run around and the proximity to the park with a playground was an awesome bonus! Due to the location being in a residential area it is a little further from downtown and state street- but worth it for peace and quiet and the location’s other amenities.
