The house is so cute and clean with a wonderful backyard for relaxing and hanging out. We walked to the Douglas Preserve to watch the sunsets and down Mesa lane to the stairs down to the beach. We walked to the Mesa Cafe and Boathouse for breakfast, great location is an easy 5 minute uber anywhere. There is a shared driveway that you have to drive down. It’s a perfect location. We were in Santa Barbara as a family for our sons basketball tournament at UCSB. We found the location very convenient for going to his games and also visiting the beaches and wharf and shopping areas. We loved that there were nearby grocery stores and places to eat. The house itself was very clean, and had everything that we needed. The beds we very comfortable, with soft linens. We loved the tall fence surrounding the property, it felt very private.
