Appreciated high quality stove and cookware. Walking distance to two grocery stores. Also, surrounded by 15 restaurants. Including a non noisy bar right next door. Great spot for a weekend getaway in Santa Barbara. The Mesa neighborhood has plenty within walking distance, including coastal access.
