Steel black frame windows contrast the white stucco exterior of a pleasant and welcoming residence in an ideal location. The north end of State Street leads from downtown to the residential neighborhood of Samarkand and historic San Roque while staying close to the energy of downtown, just minutes down the road. The sunny bay window in the living room allows plenty of light into a beautiful space with mountain and garden views, a Frame television, two comfy couches, and a gas fireplace. Broad plank flooring in rich tones flows from room to room. A seamless transition leads to the dining room through a gentle arch, where a teak table can be dressed up for entertaining or lingering over a latte and freshly baked croissant from nearby Handlebar Coffee Roasters or Bree'osh Bakery, just down the street. The galley-style kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a 48" Professional Viking range, is sleek, efficient, and ready for even the most seasoned chef to be inspired. The laundry room with front loading washer and dryer is adjacent, and a door leads to the back deck, so it's easy to go between the kitchen and burgers on the barbecue!
