Escape to this delightful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home just minutes away from downtown Santa Barbara! Perfectly designed for families or friends, this charming home includes a cozy main house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as a detached cottage offering an additional bedroom and bathroom for extra privacy.   
  
Inside the main house, you'll find an open-concept living and dining area, providing the perfect space for relaxation and entertaining. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, whether you're cooking a casual breakfast or gourmet dinner! There is a small breakfast nook in the kitchen, for when you desire a cozy, quick meal instead of sitting down in the dining room.  
  
One bedroom in the main house features a comfortable king bed that opens up to a seating area on the back deck, ideal for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or an afternoon read! The other bedroom in the main house offers a queen bed, and there is a spacious, contemporary bathroom between the two with a walk-in shower!  
  
Off of the kitchen, French doors lead out to a charming deck. The pergola offers some vine coverage and bistro lights, ensuring a festive ambiance for dining al fresco at the large picnic table. The picnic table was lovingly restored by the owners, featuring a multicolor mirage on top that highlights all the colors the table used to be before finding its current resting place. The seating area off of the primary bedroom is also attached to this deck, offering additional lounge seating to enjoy while soaking up the Santa Barbara sunshine.   
  
Steps down from the deck is an additional outdoor area in the backyard. Bamboo line the fence for additional privacy, and a round outdoor dining table that can seat 6 offers additional options for when you want to dine or work in the sunshine and fresh air! Around the corner is a fence lined with a colorful surfboard art installation and some loungers.   
  
The peaceful detached cottage can also be found in the backyard, and is ideal for those seeking a little more space and seclusion. This cozy retreat offers its own bedroom and small living area, along with a bathroom, making it perfect for guests who appreciate their privacy.   
  
Located just a short walk or drive from downtown Santa Barbara, you'll have easy access to the area's best attractions, including world-class restaurants, beaches, shopping, and more.
