Nestled on the ground floor (no stairs), in a charming multi-unit Spanish-style property, just three blocks from State Street, this 312 sq ft retreat seamlessly blends historic architectural charm with modern luxury, minimalism, and convenience. \- Casa Riviera staff does not monitor parking spot use, and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.

My wife and I spent just one night here. Absolutely loved the modern flare, easy checkin/access, easy to find, easy parking, close to shops and restaurants, the coffee and tea were a nice touch. We really wish more units were like this.
