The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. Enjoy the stunning communal rooftop terrace with breathtaking mountain views, open for guests between 8 am and 10 pm. This 275 sqft queen-bed unit is ideal for 2 guests and has a 55", flat-screen Sony Smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features (no cable TV) and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with an ADA shower and kitchenette with a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave complete this stay in Santa Barbara. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee per stay. We ask not to leave pets unattended in the suite. Studio units include remote controlled skylights to ensure full room darkness. \*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.\* \*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-served basis. Free street parking is available if the lots are full. 5 EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay; logging into the Tesla pay app is needed to charge ($0.30/kW). Casa De La Vina staff does not monitor parking spot use, and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles. \## Interaction This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in.
