The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. Enjoy the stunning rooftop terrace with breathtaking mountain views, open for guests between 8 am and 10 pm. This 305 sqft king-bed unit is ideal for 2 guests and has a 55", flat-screen Sony Smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features (no cable), and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a bathtub and a kitchenette with a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, microwave & mini-fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee per stay. Studio units include remote controlled skylights to ensure full room darkness. \*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.\* \*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-served basis. Free street parking is available if the lots are full. 5 EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay; logging into the Tesla pay app is needed to charge ($0.30/kW). Casa De La Vina staff does not monitor parking spot use, and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles. \## Interaction This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay! \## Neighborhood Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast. \## Transit Santa Barbara Transit Center is five blocks away. \## Notes For security, there are cameras on the exterior of the building. Location was close to everything. We couldn’t believe how quiet and peaceful it was It is quite a gem! The upstairs Al fresco seating was so beautiful.
