The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. Enjoy the stunning rooftop terrace with breathtaking mountain views, open for guests between 8 am and 10 pm. This 305 sqft king-bed unit is ideal for 2 guests and has a 55", flat-screen Sony Smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features (no cable), and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a bathtub and a kitchenette with a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, microwave & mini-fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee per stay. Studio units include remote controlled skylights to ensure full room darkness. \*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.\* \*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Free street parking is available if the lots are full. 5 EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay; logging into the Tesla pay app is needed to charge ($0.30/kW). Casa De La Vina staff does not monitor parking spot use, and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles. \## Interaction This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. Perfect for our trip and close to our son’s apartment. Everything was top shelf. Beds we so comfy linens were great. The en suite was fabulous and perfect. Room was so spacious too. Location was close to everything. We couldn’t believe how quiet and peaceful it was It is quite a gem! The upstairs Al fresco seating was so beautiful.
