I booked this property with VRBO months in advance, and just before out arrival and couldn't get a response from the owner on how to check in. After doing some digging I found out from the owner that the property is listed on VRBO, but it should have been taken off over a year ago. The owner is no longer listing it on VRBO, yet VRBO is still booking the property! We had no place to stay when we arrived and had to be on the phone with VRBO until they booked us for three nights at a hotel. Our original stay was 14 nights, so we had to find our own accommodations for the rest of our stay. Very stressful experience and a very unhappy customer to say the least!!! ##### Jackie M. The condo is really nice and convenient to all the attractions in Santa Barbara. The condo itself is quite cozy and comfortable. The owners were great in providing all the information. While we didn't cook much (except for a quick breakfast/coffee in the morning), the kitchen was well equipped. We will definitely come again and stay here. ##### Madan A. Walking distance to State Street and only a few blocks to the Santa Barbara Bowl. Our daughter lives just around the corner so that was also a plus. House is well furnished and very comfortable. The balcony off of the living room is a great place to sit and gaze out towards the ocean. Then there is the deck off of the master bedroom that is very relaxing.
