Humberto, the property manager, was extremely kind and accommodating. The cleaning staff, however, were extremely rude. They made a mistake on our checkout time and rudely asked us to leave early. When we indicated that we were not scheduled to check out yet by showing the agreement, they said we could stay but would let management know we “asked for an extension”. There was a lot of back and forth because we tried to clarify that we are not extending our stay, but rather leaving at the previously agreed upon time. The cleaning staff eventually left, but came back 15 minutes prior to our stay being over. They then proceeded to lock doors, such as the kitchen, so we couldn’t get in, even though it was very clear we were still cleaning up and packing. ##### Kyle G. We asked to have the carpets vacuumed, and Umberto made that happen. He was very accommodating, allowing us to put some things on the deck before we checked in However, I think his cleaning staff and he were not in agreement. It was my understanding that check-out was at 11 am - its tough to get 15 people out the night after a wedding - and Lupita was quite nasty about it. Kristine, the manager, was amazing and very responsive. We had a wifi challenge, and they were there immediately to trouble shoot. She was so helpful with recommending rental companies and meeting us to tour before. The space was a great size - we had 11 people and didn't at all feel crampt or crowded. Each room was roomy, with great private bathrooms. Mindful that there are a lot of stairs - we ended up putting my Grandmother off site due to her knees - but it worked out well. Ample parking. The Inn has lots of amazing little plates and decorations, many of which from other weddings, that were so cute. We used a few - including a cake stand. It was so nice to feel like there were back-ups of items, and little odds and ends that we ended up using as part of our decor. One thing to note is that there is now astroturf in the backyard, which is one thing new since the photos listed, but we think made for better photos during our wedding. ##### Sarah D. You get plenty of space to hang out both indoor and outdoor. The rooms are nicely divided, and all rooms come with its own full bath, so it gives you plenty of privacy as well.
