"Recommend getting the swim up altitude room. Comes with butler service, pool side service, premium lounge, breakfast at the grill and the roof top bar/pool. Pools were pretty cold. The adult pool was warmer, our private swim up was very warm and the hot tub was boiling. Activities and night life was ok. Got to try archery for the first time and did yoga, volleyball, water aerobics almost everyday. There was one day with a foam party in the pool. Night life is pretty dead. DJ or karaoke were pretty much it. There is a sports bar with a pool table we like to use. Beach was clean and not packed. Food is the worst I’ve ever had a resort and I have stayed at tons of resorts in Mexico, Jamaica, Bahamas, Costa Rica and DR. The last night was bought the $200 steak and it was not worth it…. Not even worth $50 I got a couples massage and a facial. The massage was ok… facial was odd… she keep going in and out of the room and left the door wide open for anyone to walk by and see. Overall, I would give the resort a 3\. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family. We stayed from Thursday through Tuesday as a family, and our ocean-facing suite was a highlight—the view alone made the trip feel special. Waking up to the ocean every day was just beautiful. One of the standout parts of our experience was the pool staff. Edwin, in particular, was fantastic—always attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. The food options were also a big win for us. The 24-hour café quickly became one of my favorite spots (especially for desserts!), and we really enjoyed the Italian restaurant as well. Room service was consistently fast and reliable, which made everything feel easy and relaxing. Overall, the resort offered a great balance of comfort, service, and convenience. We would definitely come back again. "

"Enjoyed the central location, lovely little courtyard, and nice bath products. Beds are very firm. No hot water for shower. Biggest negative was no secondary locks on the doors. Staff with keys entered my room multiple times without knocking. Most staff were friendly and helpful, but when I discovered 1/2 my shower door was missing and the bathroom flooded, the young woman on staff couldn’t be bothered. I’ve tried not to let those negative experiences overly impact my rating. But seriously, stop barging into rooms unannounced. That’s just crazy."
