"Room was very nice and clean. The shower base was cracked we told someone and they took a picture. Staff was awesome, the girls at the desk were very friendly.Breakfast has a lot of options but the warmer didn’t keep the food hot. Pool was nice. The outdoor fireplace was nice to have as it was chilly a couple nights."

"I stayed there one night. In the morning I found a bug in the shower, and possible a second one. The entire hotel smelt like a pool, the elevator door took an entire minute to close, and the girl at the front desk was rude the night I checked in. "

"The room was so bad we didn't even stay in it. We were expecting it was not going to be a high quality room but this was absolutely terrible. When we went in my wife saw the place and started crying it was so bad. We went and found another place to stay then went back and picked our stuff up and turned the key in. I didn't say anything to the desk person because when we checked in she didn't speak a lick of english. The first sign was when you couldn't even go in the office we did all our business through a window with a round hole cut in it to pass something through like a prison. I have never seen a place so bad and I have slept in some not so nice accommodations during my time in the military and none of them were ever as bad as this place."

"My children were part of the Austin Diocese Mission, and I wanted to stay in close proximity to them. Great location. Apartment was clean and the area felt safe. Challenges encountered was communication with the host. Delayed response to inquiries and was difficult or slow in some instances. Also, no house rule book was at the apartment and no check out procedures other than a 20 extension charge"

"I stayed from 7/25-7/27 and the place was described exactly as it was. The apartment was beautiful and spotless. I will definitely be going back. "
