Visit our Beautiful Pool Home, perfectly set up for 4+ families. Our home is designer-decorated and renovated from the inside out. On the first floor, you will find a beautiful kitchen with new cabinets, all-new black stainless steel appliances ( stove/oven, refrigerator w/3 choices of ice, microwave, and dishwasher) granite countertops, and a laundry room in the pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining room table for 10 and sit-up counter for 2 and a large screen smart TV. The home features 1 King Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, 1 Cal King Bedroom with a Jack 'n Jill bathroom (shared w/kitchen area), 1 Cal-King Bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 additional bathroom in the hall, and a supersized family room. Rental features bonus private detached Casita with Cal-King bed and w/own full-size bathroom adjacent to pool. Most of the first floor is LVP flooring and the bedrooms all have carpet. The second floor enters into a loft game room (with a sectional sofa that has a queen sleeper sofa) and leads to a children's bedroom with full over full bunk beds and twin trundle underneath. All bedrooms have 55''+ LCD Smart TVs. The bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with granite/travertine/porcelain counters and tiled showers. Family room & Dining room has a 70" LCD TV w/DVD player . Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. Master has 65" & Loft & backroom A full-size high-capacity washer and dryer w/steam stacked right off the kitchen right off the kitchen. upstairs loft with sectional with pull-out queen sleep sofa and 65 tvs. 55 " kids room tv, children only on bunks and trundle air hockey Relax in our sparkling pool with Jacuzzi in the rear yard. outdoor living area set and dining set. We were a party of 19 (including the kids) and it fit us perfectly. It was nice to have the casita to have privacy away from the rest of the group. We did run into a few cleanliness issues after checking in, but the hosts were very responsive and offered to send the cleaners the next day to rectify the issues. The backyard/pool area is gorgeous. The only issue I had with the stay and would warn others about: if you are in town for vacation and have plans during the day (Disneyland, Knotts, etc....) probably not the best property to have a full day of activities, then come back and unwind. The hosts have a strict 10pm curfew which makes you feel like prisoners. Each night, we were unable to use the hot tub for more than 30-45 minutes due to this "Santa Ana Excessive Noise Ordinance" which I believe may be taken too far and out of context. We were not being loud at all and just wanted to enjoy the amenities we paid for but it was short lived as we received a reminder text 12 minutes after 10:00 to ensure we were not in the backyard. ##### Karen J.
