The joy of living! Villa Sirena gives you many possibilities and multiple spaces to live your stay in Menorca to the fullest, there will be several options for each member of the family, each of the group will be able to find their favourite place: the fantastic garden of more than 1000 square meters, as already there are few left, with its green grass, hedges, flowers and trees, for adults a symbol of rest in privacy, for the children plenty of space to run around at ease and in total safety; the solarium terrace, one part in elegant wood, the other tiled, with its sun loungers and even a sofa and table to have an aperitif; the generous swimming pool, not only for the dip that refreshes you after sunbathing or when you return from a whole day at the beach, but also big enough for the whole family to swim and play; The fantastic terrace on the roof is very extraordinary, with a chill-out atmosphere and sea view, so that you can breathe this special air, feel the luxury of freedom, be it by night or by day; the spacious covered terrace, with a table for up to 10 or 12 people to have breakfast, lunch and dinner there, and that shelters a built-in barbecue with fireplace, for true barbecue lovers, suitable for use in any weather, with blazing sun or rain.And till now we have only talked about the outside. The connecting element between exterior and interior is the kitchen, with absolute practicality it forms a direct access between both areas, in a fantastic finish, fully equipped. This makes it easy to serve any food or drink in the garden.The house itself is made to give maximum comfort to its guests, details are taken care of, everything is finished with great taste and love. Villa Sirena welcomes you with open arms and gives you spaces so that all guests can fully enjoy their stay and feel truly privileged. A generous living room decorated in Mediterranean style, where you will find rest and shelter in an atmosphere of elegance. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them ensuite.Your neighbourhood is the small residential seaside zone of Cap den Font, where there is a lot of space between house and house, you will live a relaxed atmosphere, where the green of the gardens and the blue of the sea that surrounds the entire area predominate. Nearby you will find a charming “microbeach”, with the name of “Es caló blanc” and several platforms and other direct natural accesses to the sea, these places that allow the most authentic bathing, preferred by many locals. The villa is located in the vicinity of the airport.Then there is the virgin beach of Biniparratx, with impressive cliffs and some natural caves, exclusively for pedestrian access, and the beaches Binidalí in the west and Binisafua in the east. Very near to the entrance to Cap den Font there are two restaurants. To find more infrastructure, supermarkets, car rental, ice cream parlors or shops, there is the picturesque “Fishing Village” of Binibeca, about 3 km away, a jewel of architecture, which is at the same time a must for any visitor to Menorca.

#### Really great villa

This villa is really lovely. It's really spacious inside and out. The pool and terrace are is perfect with a really large pool and lots of really comfortable outside furniture. We would definitely hire this villa again. The only one criticism would be that the cleaners arrived at 9.10am on our check out day so considering we didn't have to check out until 10am we felt very rushed as they stood waiting for us to leave. Overall though a fab villa in a great location.
