Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.  
Modern 4 bedroom (AC in all of them) villa for a comfortable holiday with family or friends. Perfectly located between the beaches of Binibeca and Punta Prima. This villa has all the comforts for a relaxing holiday.  
Enjoy beautiful sea views from the chill out terrace.  
  
Family friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. Additional cots and highchairs available for a charge of 5€/night per set.  
  
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.  
  
Punta Prima is one of the most demanded tourist areas of Menorca. The  
proximity of the entire urbanization to the beach, all the facilities and amenities are some of the reasons why many of the visitors choose this area to enjoy an incredible vacation. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bicycle rental, kayaking, paddle surfing, everything you need to enjoy the summer.  
Also, just a short way walk from Splash Sur Menorca water park, where you can enjoy a fun day with family or friends.  
15 kilometers away from the airport and Mahón, the main city of the island, where you can stroll through its magnificent harbor, eat in its restaurants or enjoy a magnificent evening in one of its terraces.  
As a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet wineries that are are in the village of Sant Luis, only 6 kilometres from Punta Prima. As a curiosity, try their wine sweets.
