### Villa Fontana, little paradise

Enjoy an elegant experience in this centrally located 3 bedroom villa. Located in Punta Prima, this villa is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean summer. It has air conditioning, spacious rooms and a bright living room. Its private garden and terrace are perfect for relaxing outdoors. Just minutes away from the beach, restaurants and shops, it is the ideal place to holiday.  
Family friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. Additional cots and highchairs available for 5€/night per set.  
  
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.  
  
Punta Prima is one of the most demanded tourist areas of Menorca. The proximity of the entire urbanization to the beach, all the facilities and amenities are some of the reasons why many of the visitors choose this area to enjoy an incredible vacation. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bicycle rental, kayaking, paddle surfing, everything you need to enjoy the summer.  
Also, just one kilometer away, the Splash Sur Menorca water park, so you can enjoy a fun day with family or friends.  
15 kilometers away from the airport and Mahón, the main city of the island, where you can stroll through its magnificent harbor, eat in its restaurants or enjoy a magnificent evening in one of its terraces.

500€/900€ (depending of the house) security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay  
  
All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price.
