### S'hort De Sa Bagura - Sa Formatgera

This flat, ideal for 4 people, is located in a serene and charming rural setting within a fantastic agriturismo with communal swimming pool.  
The property has extensive outdoor areas and two communal swimming pools: the main one, measuring 15 x 4.5 metres, with a constant depth of 1.50 metres and natural water treatment (chlorinated in summer); and the second one, measuring 3 x 4 metres, with a constant depth of 1.30 metres and also chlorinated. The gardens are embellished with fruit trees such as pomegranate, lemon and orange trees. Roosters, hens and goats can be seen on the estate. Guests can relax on a terrace with sun loungers and parasols. In addition, there is a parking area for bicycles, ideal for those who wish to explore the island on two wheels. The property also has a communal barbecue with gas cooker, perfect for outdoor dining. Fully fenced, this property incorporates eco-friendly features such as solar panels and its own water well, ideal for those seeking sustainability. Breakfast is included in the price and is served from 08:30 to 10:00. The flat, located on the first floor without lift, has a charming and cosy terrace with table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a meal in company.  
  
The interior is designed for comfort and functionality. The living room is equipped with a TV, and the kitchen, open to the dining room, is gas-fired. The master bedroom has a double bed and direct access to the outside. There is a second bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower complete your stay. The property offers oil central heating for the colder days. A cot and high chair can also be provided for those travelling with babies. In addition, there is a shared laundry area available from 9:00 to 13:00.  
  
In the area surrounding the agroturismo, you can enjoy various activities and places of interest, such as the impressive Caves of Drach in Porto Cristo, home to one of the largest underground lakes in the world. The nearby beaches, such as Cala Millor and Cala Bona, offer golden sands and crystal clear waters, ideal for swimming and water sports. You can also visit the charming village of Artà, with its medieval fortress and lively weekly market. Nature lovers can explore the hiking route of the Llevant Natural Park, which offers breathtaking scenery and rich biodiversity.
