### Villa 'Molí' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Boasting a beautiful view of the Balearic Sea, the villa "Molí" is located in Sant Josep de Sa Talaia. The 180 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.  
  
Welcome to our vacation rental with an enticing private outdoor space. Take a refreshing dip in the pool and enjoy fantastic sea views, bask in the lush garden, unwind on the open terrace, find shade on the covered terrace, savor grilled delights on the barbecue, and rinse off in the outdoor shower.  
  
The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance.
