### Can Pep de Sa Plana, beautiful typical Ibizan house with pool

The Finca Casa Petita lies in the interior of the Balearic island of Ibiza and features a total area of 55,000 m² with views of wooded hills and valleys. The rural holiday home offers a living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with well-preserved stone walls as well as 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fireplace, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside you will find a covered veranda with a lounge area and a dining corner where you can enjoy freshly grilled meals. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the pool, which is surrounded by a sun deck with comfortable deck chairs. Benefit from the lush vegetation and forget the worries of everyday life while relaxing in the sun. Peace and quiet are guaranteed here! You can reach a restaurant after 500 m or a 7-minute walk and a supermarket is 6.5 km away. You reach the beautiful sandy beach of San Antonio de Portmany after 8 km or a 15-minute drive. Who longs for parties, shopping and a large selection of shopping possibilities, restaurants, bars and cafés, will find Ibiza city after a 20-minute drive.
