Sleeps 4-5 persons. 2 bedroom villa on 2 floors. Built in 2002 in the traditional style of the typical stone houses of Ibiza with wooden ceilings. Decorated with Ibicencan antiques and with an Asian touch. Downstairs: self contained studio with A/C. Storage room and parking. Upstairs: Main house with A/C. Big open terrace and spacious covered terrace. Brand new spectacular swimming pool with a very big terrace, and BBQ (sorry, for security reasons, it can't be used in July and August) Upstairs bedroom with double antique bed, a 3 door wardrobe and beautiful sunset facing views. Downstairs studio bedroom with two single beds, double wardrobe, little fridge, TV, Sat. A/C, not communicated from the interior with the top floor. 2 bathrooms: Upstairs bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidet also with a window facing sunset. Leur maison est à l’écart de l’agitation du sud de l’ile parfait pour un séjour en famille. Les plages nécessitent quelques dizaines de minutes de voiture (entre 15 et 45) mais avec sa piscine et le cadre bucolique il est très agréable de passer du temps dans la propriété. Avec leur maison et leurs conseils avisés on découvre Ibiza loin des clichés véhiculés par les boites de nuits, des plages magnifiques sur une île malgré tout bien préservée. The villa is in very good condition and you have everything you need. The host is also very kind and makes you feel comfortable. If you don't mind to drive 20-30 minutes to the hot spots of Ibiza I would highly recommend this Villa. The sunsets are amazing. The connecting roads to the house are very bumpy so I would recommend a small sized SUV if you come by car. A Fiat 500 would do it as well but you would need to be very careful. Josep and Leah were perfect hosts and we were given lots of information on arrival to make sure we made the most of our holiday, along with some fresh basil from Josep's herb garden. The villa itself was well equipped with everything we might need, even down to condiments and dishwasher tabs. Take the advice to hire an SUV as the road up to the villa is both bumpy and steep at times but once you get there, there are great views over the farmland below and particularly as the sun sets in the evening. There is a great selection of outdoor furniture and lots of places to sit whether you are baking in the sun or seeking a bit of shade. The only thing that could have made it better would have been if the air con was in the bedroom rather than the living room as the week we stayed was particularly hot and the fans were quite noisy for sleeping. Unsere Kinder (8, 11) haben den Pool und ihren separaten Wohnbereich genossen.
