Nestled on a hillside, this beautifully renovated 350-year-old finca offers peace and privacy in the heart of Ibiza's tranquil countryside. Classified as a house of architectural value, it showcases traditional materials such as juniper wood and thick, whitewashed stone walls while offering modern comforts. Surrounded by a lush pine forest and set on 120,000 m² of land, the finca offers sweeping sea views over the bay of San Antonio and the hills of San Jose.

This spacious property is air-conditioned and the U-shaped layout ensures privacy, with rooms distributed over 500 m² of interior space. The master suite has an en-suite bathroom, an office and a private terrace with panoramic views of the property and beyond. Two further suites have sitting areas and terraces, while the remaining bedrooms offer stunning views and comfortable interiors.

The outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing and entertaining. A 14 x 6 metre pool, which is fully fenced for children's safety, is surrounded by spacious terraces. Guests have four outdoor seating areas at their disposal, two of which double as dining areas. The finca also offers a variety of indoor communal areas, including two living rooms, making it ideal for gatherings.

Modern amenities complement the rustic charm of the finca. Two fully equipped kitchens, a gated entrance with alarm system, three safes and ample parking for up to 15 cars ensure comfort and security. The charm of this finca lies in its blend of historical authenticity and luxurious, modern amenities and offers an unforgettable retreat amidst the beauty and tranquillity of the Ibizan countryside.
