This recently renovated apartment in the very center of Sanremo, is located 2 minutes walk from the Ariston Theater, 6 minutes walk from the Sanremo Casino and a few steps from the beautiful beaches of the Riviera dei Fiori. Furthermore, the apartment is located a few steps from all the services and amenities that the center has to offer. The accommodation has a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
  
 The accommodation is located on the first floor with a lift
  
 The apartment is designed for up to 4 people, divided between a double bedroom and a living area with a sofa bed.
  
At the entrance of the apartment we find the living area where you can enjoy your holiday in peace, on your right you can find the kitchen that has a dining table with 4 seats and the bathroom with shower. On your left you will find the double bedroom.
  
 We are in the heart of Sanremo, a few steps from the beaches, the famous Ariston theatre and the Casino.
