Parking at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bicycle rental 2 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station 5 km. Marina 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 1 km, cycle lane 2 km. Nearby attractions: Chiesa Russa 4 km, Teatro Ariston 3 km, Casino 3 km, Villa Nobel 4 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner lives on the same property.
