Très bel appartement, bien placé, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût. Tout est fait pour rendre le séjour agréable. Seul bémol : la gestion des poubelles un peu compliquée

Nice big Appartement in the heart of Sanremo

I was very impressed with the location of the apartment. Very central, but also very near to the beach. Being in the 5th floor, it was very quiet. Richard and the local reception team were very polite and helpful. And I was very thankful for his flexibility and understanding by correcting the booking. The parking place can be very challenging in the city, most critical on saturdays. Ones will find it for sure, but might need few minutes searching around. I recommend it! Nice vacation in a beautiful city!

Lovely central apartment

We have been very happy for our stay in this apartment. It is exactly as described: Very comfortable, stylish, roomy, well maintained and well equipped. All rooms with aircon makes even the warmest day tolerable. Location is perfect in centre of city. The terrace is nice but the view is restricted by the high wall barrier. We had some parking concerns but it is easy and not expensive to park at the beach. Loading/offloading luggage from car is done Italian style with disaster lights on 😊. All in all very recommendable.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni presso questo appartamento e sicuramente è stato uno dei più belli che abbiamo trovato. Locali spaziosi, ottima pulizia e in centro (a due passi dall'Ariston). Chiara, che gestisce l'appartamento, sempre attenta e disponibile a tutte le nostre necessità. Contentissimi. Lo consiglierei a tutti. 10 e lode.

Appartamento molto spazioso. Bella terrazza. A pochi metri dal teatro Ariston di Sanremo. Bello il terrazzo con ottima vista. Chiara molto gentile. Non abbiamo avuto bisogno di contattare il proprietario perché tutto chiaro e ben organizzato. Spero di tornare.

Fabulous apartment in the centre of Sanremo

This is a modern, spacious apartment which is very clean, well equipt in a perfect location. We were 4 adults with a 2 year old toddler, the apartment was perfectly situated, a short walk from the beach and children's amusements with lots of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Chiara was very helpful and friendly, assisting us with our transfer from Nice airport to Sanremo. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Superb apartment in a great location

Richard's apartment is in a really nice part of Sanremo, probably the best part of the town to stay in. It is extremely spacious and the standard of furnishings and equipment is first class. The airconditioning works well and everything is provided to ensure that we had a great holiday in Sanremo.

Loved it more everyday - great for kids!

Richards home is wonderful. We were four adults and two children (1 and 3 years old) and had PLENTY of space. By far the best feature of the apartment was the balcony, which is completely safe for small children and also easily locked. We spent a great deal of time on the terrace sipping wine and playing cards while listening to the buzz of Sanremo. The location is excellent. The more we learned and discovered about the city the more we realized how perfectly situated the apartment was. Close to literally everything, right in the centre of town. It is on the 5th floor so there is no street noise at night to keep you awake, and the elevator is great if you want to avoid the stairs. Chiara was available all the time to help with issues (we didn't really have any) and she is also located in the building which is nice for added peace of mind. The apartment is very very spacious with two living rooms, kitchen and a dining room and three large bedrooms plus two full bathrooms. We also had a washing machine to do laundry and that was excellent. We also were provided a cot for the baby and that was a huge help - thank you. I have nothing bad to say about this place - If I ever am fortunate enough to travel back to Sanremo I hope to stay here. The city is magical and this apartment is just wonderful. We feel very lucky, and we had a marvellous time. Thank you to Chiara and Richard!!

Beautiful Apartment in San Remo

My family and I recently spent 4 nights in San Remo and had a wonderful time. The apartment has every necessity needed for a comfortable stay. All the furnishing are new and beautiful. The owner and property manager were more than helpful with any and all questions. I would definitely say that this was one of my favorite family vacations!
