Villa "Casetta in collina", detached, renovated in 2020. 5 km from the centre of Sanremo, 12 km from the centre of Bordighera, in a secluded position on a slope, 5 km from the sea. Private: garden 300 m2 with wildlife garden and trees. Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Parking at the house at 50 m. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bar 5 km, bakery 5 km, bicycle rental 5 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Sanremo" 6 km, sandy beach 5 km. Nearby attractions: PIste Ciclabile 5 km, Teatro Ariston 5 km, Villa Nobel 6 km, Chiesa Russa 5 km, Menton (France) 24 km. Please note: car recommended.
