Small hotel in the historic building in the old part of the city. Close to main attractions, few minutes walk from lots of restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful staff, good service. Internet access in the room wasn’t stable. I would stay here again.

Excellent building and rooms, especially bathroom, very spacious and modern in a 500 year old building restored. Staff very helpful to us as English speakers. Location, Location so close to main attractions. Safe place. Courtyard great for breakfast and lots of tea/coffee. Owner sophisticated. Helped us rent a car and get to rental spot.

Azad, the owner in the picture on the right, walked me 2 minutes into town in front of the church, and showed me the bazar. It was kind and unexpected. Excellent room, it was beautiful.

#### Full of character. Stay for the experience.
We stayed for two nights. The booking through Hotels.com did not show on their system but they were very helpful and made us comfortable. It’s an historical area so I would recommend messaging them beforehand to find out the best parking as you will have to consider this with luggage. The website was being worked on. Reception staff was very helpful with recommendations on what to do in the area and where to eat. Entrance was via a back alley with little lighting like most of these konagi are so bear in mind.

İşletme temizlik ve konfor olarak ücretine göre gayet iyiydi. İsmini sormayı unuttuk ama resepsiyoner beyfendi gayet yardımsever ve ilgili aklınıza gelebilecek her şey için yardımcı olabilir. Otele varmadan önce mutlaka arayıp otopark hakkında bilgi almalısınız. Aileler için uygun.

Personeller karşılamadan yolcu etmeye kadar çok ilgililer. Kahvaltısı vasat, kızartmaları fazla pişirilmişti, kalem böreğinin peyniri kötüydü yiyemedim ama konuşunca bunları da düzeltirler sanıyorum. Banyoları bölgedeki diğer otel banyoları gibi havasız ve kötü kokulu değil. Komidinlerde telefon vb. cihazlar için kablosuz şarj imkanı var. Tekrar gideceğim.

Öncelikle deluxe oda aldık ancak otele gittigimizde iki alternatif olduğu söylendi. Küçük bir oda gösterildi önce zemin katta, sonra o odanın altında mahzen gibi rutubetli ve karanlık ama daha geniş oda bizim tuttugumuz oda olarak gösterildi biz de mecburen küçük ama zemin kattaki odaya geçtik. Temizlik, konfor olarak çok zorlandık oda kliması yetersizdi yatağın üstünde kıllar vs kendi çarşaflarımızı iyi ki getirmişiz dedik. Otopark ile ilgili aradığımızda otoparklarının olduğu yaklaşınca yardımcı olunacağı söylendi şehir merkezi otoparkına yönlendirildik ilk girişte bavula yardımcı olundu sonraki her ihtiyaçta otopark ve otel arasındaki 6-7 dk uzaklık yaz sıcağında eğer eşyalarınız da varsa işi zorlaştırıyor otopark ücreti de bizim tarafimizdan ödendi. Sabah kahvaltısı normaldi.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war rundum gelungen. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und gut organisiert. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und ordentlich, die gesamte Anlage machte einen sehr einladenden Eindruck. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Mitarbeiter Velat.M, der sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert war. Er hat sich stets Zeit genommen und war bei jeder Frage oder Bitte sofort zur Stelle. Vielen Dank für den hervorragenden Service! Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder

Maalesef aradığım rahatlık ve konforu bulamadım Bodrum odalar olması kötü koku olmasına sebep içerde bir sürü boş oda kokusu makinesi görebilirsiniz. Kahvaltıyıda beğenmedim. Çalışanların çabası takdir edilebilir. Ama rahat olamadım. Tek gecede 3 defa benim fark ettiğim elektrik kesintisi oldu

2024年に新設されたホテルという事で設備も新しく清潔です。 オーナーは英語が喋れますが、他の従業員の方はトルコ語のみです。翻訳機などがあったほうが対応がスムーズだと思います。 石造りの為かWi-Fiが少し弱いのが難点ですが私の泊まった部屋は向きなどを調節して何とかなるレベルではありました。 朝食は8:30-10:30。水とチャイは無 料。コーヒーは投稿時点で50TLで用意してくれます。 従業員の方は親切で、滞在中に何かに困ることはありませんでした。 周囲の環境としては観光地が近く周りのホテルで毎夜催されるパーティー？的な音がまーまーうるさいです。(前述の石造りの部屋によってある程度遮断はされます。私はそこまで気になりませんでしたが気になる方は耳栓を持っていったほうがいいかもしれません。)

Urfa konaklamaları için tek adres. O kadar keyif aldık ki doğu gezimizin kalan kısmını orada geçirmeyi bile düşündük. Teşekkürler güzel insanlar💐

Konak Otel konsepti i çin ideal bir yer. Ancak yeni bir işletme olduğu için eksikleri de var. İşletme sahibi Azad Bey de bu konuda gerekli eksikliklerin farkında olduklarını en kısa zamanda giderileceğini ifade ediyor. Otel Çalışanı Özcan Bey misafirlere çok ilgili. Aracımızı park ettiğimiz yerden otele kadar valizlerimizi taşımamıza yardımcı oldu. Temizlik açısından bi sorun yaşamadık. Dediğim gibi eksik bı şey olduğunda hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Standart bı kahvaltı var. Bizim için yeterliydi. Otelin zamanla Eksikleri giderdiğinde çok daha iyi olacağı düşünüyorum.

Otel çok temizdi . Güleryüzle karşıladılar. Çok yardımsever ve misafirperverlerdi . Ailece konakladık .Bizim kaldığımız dönem uzak doğudan da gelen misafirler mevcuttu . Odada terlik &bitki çay,soğuk su ,buzdolabı vs mevcuttu. İhtiyacınızı yeterince karşıladı.Sıra gecesi mekanlarına yürüyerek gidildi .

Konak çok hoş, etrafında ki sokaklar tarih kokuyor resmen. Konum itibari ile de çok iyi. Balıklı göl’e yürüme mesafesinde. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Güney Doğu gezimizde güzelliği ve misafirperverliği açısından birinci sıraya koyduğumuz bir hotel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.
