The apartment was recently completely renovated and newly furnished, boasting a stylish and contemporary living environment. In winter, ski-in/ski-out access is possible thanks to the proximity to the ski area, and the ski school is just 200 meters away. Three free outdoor parking spaces are available directly at the property. The Lungau/Obertauern ski area offers approximately 300 kilometers of slopes across four ski resorts – Obertauern, Großeck-Speiereck, Aineck-Katschberg, and Fanningberg – providing ideal conditions for beginners and advanced skiers alike. Lungau is known for its reliable snow conditions, abundant sunshine, and stunning natural landscape with mountains, alpine pastures, lakes, gorges, and waterfalls. Walking and hiking trails begin right in the village, including a particularly beautiful route along impressive waterfalls. This quiet ground-floor apartment features an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher, as well as a wood-burning stove in the living area for cozy evenings.
