The new gondola put into operation in winter 2023 and the slopes are next to this resort. The cosy village of Sankt Lambrecht is a stone's throw away and has some cosy restaurants which can be easily reached on foot. This holiday home is very luxuriously furnished with an outdoor sauna and hottub. You have a beautiful view from the living room due to lying against a hill In winter, a fantastic and snow-sure family ski area with the very modern new gondola lift is at your disposal here, so no queues at the lift. In summer, a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. You will find many nice shops and cosy terraces here. Besides beautiful walks in the mountains, you can also walk or cycle the River Mur Cycling Trail here. This is a famous cycle path along the River Mur right through the region. Both in summer and winter, this region is the ideal place for active guests. You will definitely experience peace and quiet here too, as this region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. Here you can still enjoy the pure Austrian geniality and numerous traditions. Bei Ankunft war das Haus teilweise nicht sauber, Geschirr dreckig, Müll auf der Terrasse, der Schlüssel für die Sauna fehlte. Babybett mussten wir suchen und selber aufbauen. Kurtaxe war für den gesamten Aufenthalt fällig, obwohl nur ein Teil der Gäste so lange geblieben ist. Geschirr teilweise nicht für 6 Personen vorhanden. Spülmaschine nicht mit Salz und Klarspüler aufgefüllt, eine Reinigung war auch direkt erstmal notwendig. Betten müssen abgezogen werden und Müll rausgebracht und Spülmaschine ausgeräumt, obwohl man eine stattliche Summe für die Endreinigung zahlt. Keine separaten Handtücher für die Sauna vorhanden. Haus wirkt teilweise schon gut abgewohnt. Duschen und Armaturen verkalkt, teilweise haben die Duschköpfe nicht getan oder Wasser wie wild verspritzt. Normales Fernsehprogramm nicht vorhanden. Es war an alles gedacht( Spülmittel, Spülbürste, Spültabs , Kaffepads, Tee, Salz und Pfeffer….) eine so toll ausgestattete Küche hatten wir noch nie. Da sei es auch verziehen, dass wir den Recycling Müll, nicht wie vielfach gewünscht ,sortieren konnten( die Tonnen waren abgesperrt). Sehr geschmackvolle, neue Einrichtung , sogar einen Getränkekühlschrank fanden wir vor .Vom Balkon gab es eine wundervolle Aussicht auf das Benediktiner Stift St Lambrecht und den Ort. Die Sauna und der Hottub waren das I Tüpfelchen für die Erhohlung nach dem langen Wandern. Das Gebäude ist demnach ein Neubau und sehr schickt eingerichtet und ausgest5attet. Es fehlt an nichts. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Die Sauna mit Panoramafenster ist einfach ein Traum. Der Hot Tub muss man zwar richtig gut vorheizen und genügend Holz mitnehmen, dafür aber eine Entspannung pur nach einer schönen Wanderung oder Spaziergang. Absolut empfehlenswert. Die sog. kleinen Belästigung durch Baumaßnahmen entpuppten sich als Großbaustelle mit vielen noch nicht fertiggestellten Häusern. Auch die Außenanlagen am vermieteten Haus sind noch nicht fertiggestellt. So musste nach jedem Betreten des Hauses gesaugt werden. Desweiteren ist die Mülltrennung noch nicht geklärt. Die vorhandene Station war nicht für die neuen Häuser freigegeben. Eine neue für die neuen Häuser nicht vorhanden. Sämtlicher Müll inkl..
