Large terrace with garden and 2 parking spaces for your exclusive use. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and seating for two to three people as required. Private access to the holiday flat (32sqm) on the first floor. The bedroom with double bed (1.60m x 2m) is heated with an infrared radiator.
