While the beauty of Sanibel remains, please note the following: Work site safety is paramount. Be alert to heavy equipment moving around the area, make sure workers see you, and stay out of marked construction areas. Expect construction noise, onsite workers, large construction equipment, no assigned parking or guaranteed covered parking as Tarpon Beach Association and condo owners rebuild from Hurricane Ian. \*Pool repairs are expected to be completed by March 2026 \*The paver project is paused to allow pool repairs.
