This beautifully decorated and well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers all the comforts of home with a tropical feel and view. Loggerhead 322 was recently remodeled, and the furnishings and décor are modern, casual, chic and tasteful. The Loggerhead Cay grounds are conveniently nestled on a Sanibel beach, near the historic and picturesque east end. This area is home to the Sanibel Lighthouse and Park as well as some of the best sunrises, sunsets, shelling, wading or swimming on the West Coast of Florida. The heart of the Island is only minutes away by car or bike, where guests can stroll and enjoy the myriad of Island shopping and dining experiences. Plantation shutters, built-in shelving, glass-paned French doors, and a spacious lanai all add to the beach-cottage ambience and create an open floor plan that feels spacious, clean and bright. The adjacent dining area has seating for six. The living area and Master bedroom open onto the lanai for enjoying your morning "Latte" or relaxing after dinner with a glass of wine. Loggerhead 322 is fully appointed with everything you will need for the perfect beach vacation. The master suite features a King-sized bed with a wooden headboard and platform, and the light wall colors and white trim finishes create a coastal-inspired sanctuary to relax in after a day in the sun. The master bedroom’s floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead to a screened lanai with a table and chairs, and the lanai can be open to the living spaces also to take advantage of the gulf-breezes and salt-air. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds, and the décor keeps tempo with the Island theme. A flat-screen TV, and additional closet space, The modern kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances including a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, flat range stove, built-in microwave, large stainless-steel sink, and a breakfast bar that seats four. The kitchen has a modern tile backsplash and granite countertops. There are hand appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware to accommodate every need, even at maximum occupancy. The bathrooms include newer fixtures, faucets, accessories, and glass and tile décor. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer in your condo, screened-in lanai, and beach items for your convenience. This condominium does require a 7-night minimum stay and accepts SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS ONLY. Having two full size beds in the second bedroom was so nice for my family. Been coming to Sanibel for almost 20 years and it is our favorite beach. The condo was spotless when we arrived. The size was great, we didn't feel cramped, and the noise from the neighbors was practically non-existent. The pool area was great and just a short walk to the beach. Absolutely fantastic location and all the towels, chairs, pool noodles, etc that we needed were provided. The only downside we had was we brought DVDs with us, but we couldn't get the DVD players to work. The one in the guest bedroom appeared to be broken (looked like someone jammed the tray in) and I couldn't get the TV input to successfully switch to the DVD player for the one in the living room. No worries, though. Very minor concern. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, but know that if you plan to cook, you need to bring every ingredient with you that you will need...salt & pepper, condiments, coffee filters, etc. Again, minor concern that was easy to fix. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider returning on our next vacation. ##### Amy K. We were really pleased to be able to bring our two small dogs with us; it’s so nice to not worry about the when we are on vacation. Would certainly stay again, but learned that going forward, there won’t be any allowances for more than one dog (ours weigh less than 20 lbs together) though we saw a few other guests with two. Unfortunately that is a deal breaker, which is sad because we loved it. However, we understand, as we also understand there are plenty of pet owners who don’t adhere to rules.. as we witnessed many times while there. The property is well kept and the beach access is awesome. Condo was amazing. Started off with getting a call from the office to let me know the condo was ready early, and that they would be dropping off my welcome package at the condo instead of having to stop by the main office for it. Property was clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and dishes. Having the beach supplies such as chairs and umbrella was nice as well. A few minor critiques, though: 1\. Some basic spices and such would have been nice. We could have used some salt, pepper, and pam/butter for cooking, but we weren't going to buy those for just the week. Maybe due to covid that's not currently allowed though. 2\. The master bed was comfortable, but squeaky. Any time you turned over or made a major move, it squeaked. 3\. Having a larger cooler to take to the beach would also be nice. I had brought a small cooler on my luggage, but it only holds a few bottles.
